How we work

Your path, stage by stage.

Every path is different. These are the four stages that let us understand where you're starting from, where you want to get to, and how to measure progress along the way.

First visit

We carry out a set of tests to assess the structure and function of your nervous system and your spine. This lets us determine how often you'll need to come in and the best course of care to follow.

Findings

This visit gives us time to go through the results of the initial examination in more detail and to present the recommended course of chiropractic care. The first adjustment is then carried out.

Adjustments

Regular visits focus on correcting the vertebral subluxations present in the spine. Little by little your nervous system becomes able to work without interference, and the way your whole body functions begins to change.

Review

At the end of each stage we carry out a review: we repeat the tests from the first examination and compare the results. That's how we measure progress and confirm we're on the right track.

The underlying principle

Find the cause, don't silence the signal.

Chiropractic doesn't "treat" specific symptoms or conditions: it works to free the nervous system from interference, allowing the body to heal and self-regulate naturally.

Silencing pain without addressing its cause is like taking the battery out of the smoke detector without putting out the fire.

This is why the frequency of visits isn't the same for everyone. It depends on individual factors: age, lifestyle, any previous injuries or treatments, and your current state of health. Over time we recommend keeping up regular check-ups to spot any subluxations and correct them when needed: a proactive approach that supports long-term balance.

The next step

Join us on the path.

The first visit is the starting point: from there we build the course of care that suits you best.
